Customers can choose to arrange for shipment of their merchandise with any freight forwarding company they prefer or we can make shipping arrangements.  Costs will depend on location and the dimensions of the wood purchased.  Please feel free to call us directly for accurate shipping information at 866-832-8344 or (954) 900-4536 during office hours.

We accept various forms of payment including major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as well as most debit cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal or through a money orders or cashier check.  Wire transfers are also accepted.  Once a business has an established account with us, we will also accept business checks.

Delivery times will depend on the customer’s physical location as well as the quantity bought. The ordered products will be delivered to the customer directly by the shipping currier, and it will be guaranteed under the currier’s policies. Wood is a natural product; therefore, it is impossible that each board look exactly the same.  The grain and tones of each board will vary but will all meet our high quality standards.

Orders that are cancelled before items have shipped will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.  Orders that are cancelled after items have shipped will be charged the cancellation fee as well as applicable shipping charges. A 20% re-stocking fee may apply.

We strive to process orders directly the next working day.  Orders placed during the weekend will be placed on Monday, and orders placed over federal holidays will be processed on the following work day.

We offer pre-grooved boards as well as tongue and groove boards as special orders.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within the USA, local sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Florida. For orders outside the United States, import duties, taxes and fees will have to be handled by your chosen currier or a customs brokerage company.

How do I change my email address or password on file?  Sign into your Prime Wood Decking account and access the email option section, you can update or change the account email in that section.

Click in create an account, click on lost your password and provide user name or the original email you used to create the account, you will receive a follow up email with a reset password link process information.
